Title: Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Omelet

1/3 | c | Smoked Salmon |
2 | Green onions, chopped | |
3 | oz | Creamed cheese |
3 | Eggs |
Saute w chopped green onions and 1/3 cup smoked salmon in butter for 2 or three minutes. Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted.
Use to fill 2-3 egg omelet.
