Title: Favorite Salmon Loaf

1 | cn | Salmon -- Remove Bones And |

1 | c | Bread Crumbs |
2 | tb | Chopped Parsley |
2 | ts | Lemon Juice |
1 | c | Milk |
1 | Egg -- Slightly Beaten | |
2 | tb | Chopped Onion |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
ds | Pepper |
Take drained and broken up salmon and combine with all other ingredients. Place in a greases loaf pan or casserole. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with curry sauce.
