Title: Salmon with Mustard Chive Butter

3/4 | Stick butter softened | |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 | tb | Chives finely chopped |
3/4 | tb | Mustard |
3 | Fillets salmon | |

Blend buter, half of lemon, chives, mustard and pepper.
Preheat oven to 450. Line pan with foil and rub 1 tbl. butter mix on foil. Place fillets skin side down on foil. Spoon 1 tsp. lemon juice over each fillet. Season with salt and pepper. Top each fillet with equal amounts of remaining butter mix. Bake until fish is just cooked through.
