Title: Steamed Spinach and Salmon

1 | bn | Fresh spinach, cleaned and |
Stemmed | ||
1 | lb | Fresh salmon steak |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
1/2 | ts | Fennel seeds |
1/2 | ts | Rosemary leaves |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
Lemon wedges |
Combine the onion, oil, and seasonings in a small bowl. Place the spinach leaves on the steamer rack, put the salmon on top of the spinach, and cover with the seasonings mixture. Steam for 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
