Title: Steamed Spinach and Salmon

Yield: 1 Servings

1bnFresh spinach, cleaned and
  Stemmed
1lbFresh salmon steak
1/2cChopped onion
2tbOlive oil
1/2tsFennel seeds
1/2tsRosemary leaves
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsPepper
  Lemon wedges

Combine the onion, oil, and seasonings in a small bowl. Place the spinach leaves on the steamer rack, put the salmon on top of the spinach, and cover with the seasonings mixture. Steam for 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
