Title: Pasta and Alaska Salad

Yield: 1 Salad bowl
1/2 | kg | Curly shaped pasta cooked and cooled |
3/4 | kg | Alaska bits or smoked salmon |
3/4 | c | Olive oil |
30 | Fresh basil leaves finely chopped | |
1/2 | c | Parsley, finely chopped |
1/2 | c | Fresh lemon juice |
Salt and pepper |
Put the pasta and Alaska bits in a bowl, and mix well. Process the remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour the dressing over the pasta and Alaska bits, mix well, and chill overnight.
Serve at room temperature.

Modified by Gabi Shahar: the original recipe called for sauteed squid, but I used Alaska bits (a sort of smoked salmon substitute) for Kosher reasons.
