Title: Salmon Cheese Puff Pies

15 1/2ozCan salmon*
1cCottage cheese
1/4cChopped bell pepper
1/4cChopped onion
3tbLemon juice
1/4tsDill weed
10ozPk frozen puff pastry shells

*Drained and flaked. **Thawed in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 450 F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except patty shells. On floured surface, roll each shell to an 8-inch circle. Place equal amounts of salmon mixture in center of each circle. Fold over; seal edges with water and press with fork. Place on ungreased baking sheet; cut slit near center of each turnover.
