Title: Salmon Cheese Puff Pies

15 1/2 | oz | Can salmon* |
1 | c | Cottage cheese |
1/4 | c | Chopped bell pepper |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/4 | ts | Dill weed |
10 | oz | Pk frozen puff pastry shells |
*Drained and flaked. **Thawed in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to
450 F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except patty shells. On
floured surface, roll each shell to an 8-inch circle. Place equal amounts
of salmon mixture in center of each circle. Fold over; seal edges with
water and press with fork. Place on ungreased baking sheet; cut slit near
center of each turnover. Reduce oven temperature to 400 F; bake 25 minutes
