Title: Fettucine with Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo and Smoked Salmon

Alfredo Sauce; your | ||
Favourite | ||
1/2 | c | Sundried tomatoes |
1/2 | c | Heavy cream |
1 1/2 | c | Smoked salmon; shredded |
Asparagus | ||
Fettucine or other pasta |
Prepare Alfredo Sauce. (Believe it or not, my wife occasionally uses a
store-bought sauce mix) Reconstitue about 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes - I use
the 'bits and pieces'. Rinse. In a blender or food processor, combine 1/2
cup heavy cream and sun-dried tomatoes. Combine w/ Alfredo Shred salmon,
and combine w/ Alfredo.. I use a cup to 1 1/2 cups of salmon If desired,
you can cut up some asparagus to go in the recipe.. Tips and 'small' stems
only! (I like this) Serve over pasta of your choice - the original uses
