Title: Fresh Salmon with Carmelized Apples and Onions

1 | tb | Olive oil |
Chef's salt to taste | ||
1/4 | c | Yellow onions |
1/4 | c | Sliced apples (golden |
Delicious) | ||
1/2 | Lemon juice only | |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | tb | Apple cider vinegar |
Note: This recipe is best if salmon is charbroiled over an open flame.
Charbroil salmon 3-4 minutes on each side. Saute onions and apples over a medium flame. Add sugar, lemon and cider vinegar and cook 2 to 3 minutes till apples and onions are tender. Serve mixture over grilled salmon.
