Title: Salmon Mousse, Appetizer ( August, 1991)

Yield: 1 Servings

1/2lbCream cheese
1cnSalmon
1/2cFresh cream
3tbMayonnaise
3 Gelatine leaves -- dissolved
  In 1/4 cup
  Water
1/2 Onion
  Salt and pepper to taste
  Decorate with dill

Process everything in food processor Pour in a small mold. ( oiled ) Chill at least 3 hours.
