Each, 1 Inch; Thick | ||
2/3 | c | Olive oil |
2 | tb | Shallot; finely chopped |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
4 | md | Garlic clove; finely |
Chopped | ||
1/2 | c | Parsley; chopped |
1/4 | ts | Dill weed |
Salt and freshly ground | ||
Black pepper to taste | ||
Salmon Steaks, About 1/2 Lb |
Broil or Grill Place the fish in a shallow dish and add all the remaining ingredients; allow to stand for at least 1 hour. Turn once. Broil in a preheated broiler for a total of about 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 130F, turning once and brushing with the marinade as necessary. Serve with hot butter.

Rub seasoning mix on steaks, place in closed plastic bag, and set aside for 30 minutes or more before broiling or grilling.
