1cMilk; or cold water
4tbSugar; or honey
3cMilk; or water

Completely dissolve rice flour in milk and set aside. In saucepan, bring sugar and remaining milk to boil. Add rice flour mixture and simmer on low heat 6-8 minutes, until mixture has thickened.
