24 | oz | Frozen lemonade concentrate |
Thawed | ||
3 | tb | Sugar, or to taste |
11 1/2 | c | Water (about) |
In food processor, puree blackberries. Force the blackberries through a fine sieve or the fine blade of a food mill. Discard the seeds. There should be about 1 1/2 cups puree.
In a 1 gallon container, stir the blackberry puree, lemonade concentrate, sugar, and enough water to yield 1 gallon of lemonade.
Refrigerate until very cold. Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished if desired with slices of lemon and sprigs of fresh mint.
