Title: Chilli Wine (Green and Gold)

Yield: 2 Quarts
2 | c | White sugar |
1 | ts | Citric acid |
14 | Chillis | |
2 | ts | Essence of lemon |
2 | qt | Water; boiling |
Put ingredients in a large dish and pour on boiling water. Add a little burnt sugar to give it colour. Essence of lemon and burnt sugar may be added when cold.
