| | Unpeeled or 16 oz canned |
| | Unpeeled/in juice |
1/2 | c | Tequila |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Lime juice |
1/4 | c | Apricot nectar |
24 | | Ice cubes |
| | Lime juice |
| | Coarse salt |
In a blender combine the apricots, tequila, sugar, lime juice and apricot
nectar. Cover and blend till smooth. While blender is running, add the ice
cubes, a few at a time, through the hole blending until slushy. Rub the
rims of 8 stemmed glasses some lime juice, then invert into a shallow dish
of coarse salt.
Shake off any excess salt. Pour in the margarita mixture. Coolers: To
make coolers prepare as above except increase the apricot nectar to 6
