Title: Double Berry Fool - Glorious Liqueurs

1 | pk | (10oz) frozen strawberries |
In syrup, thawed | ||
1 | pk | (10oz) frozen raspberries in |
Syrup, thawed | ||
1/4 | c | Raspberry, strawberry and/or |
Orange liqueur | ||
2 | c | Heavy cream |
Puree berries with syrup and liqueur until just smooth. Cover and refrigerate until just before serving time.
In a cold bowl, using cold beaters, beat cream until soft peaks form. Spoon on top of puree. Fold together until marbleized, not completely blended.
Note: This recipe can be halved, using either of the berries.
