Title: Gala Champagne Punch

1 | 750ml bottle champagne chilled | |
1 | 750ml bottle Chablis wine chilled | |
2 | 20ounce bottle club soda chilled | |
4 | oz | Brandy (1/2 cup) |
3 | oz | Creme de cassis (6 tbsp) |
Ice or ice ring | ||
1 | pt | Fresh strawberries |
In a large punch bowl, mix champagne, wine, club soda, brandy and creme de cassis. Add ice or ice ring. Place a strawberry in each cup before pouring in punch.
