Title: Gingerette (Green and Gold)

Yield: 1 Pint

2	ts	Essence of lemon
3	ts	Essence of ginger
3	ts	Essence of citric acid
1 1/4	lb	Sugar
1	pt	Water; boiling

Put all ingredients into a basin and pour on boiling water. Stir until all is dissolved, then bottle.

To serve: put 2 tablespoons of gingerette in a tumbler of water or soda water.
