Title: Honey-Buttered Cranberry Cider

48 | oz | Bottle cranberry juice cock- tail |
1 | qt | Apple juice or cider |
4 | Thin strips of orange peel; about 2" long | |
1/3 | c | Butter; or margarine |
1/4 | c | Honey |
1/2 | ts | Ground coriander |
In slowcooker, combine cranberry juice, apple juice, and orange peel. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 7 hrs. Just before serving, melt butter, honey, and coriander in small saucepan or microwave. Spoon slightly more than 1/2 tbsp honey/butter mixture in mug or heatproof cup; add about 3/4 cup hot cranberry mixture. Serve immediately. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
