Title: Irish Cream Parfaits - Glorious Liqueurs

1 | c | Fudge sauce |
1 | c | Irish cream liqueur |
1 | c | Heavy cream, optional |
1 | tb | Sugar, optional |
6 | Chocolate covered coffee | |
Beans, optional |
Layer ice cream, fudge and liqueur in 6 parfait glasses. Cover and freeze for up to 4 days.
If desired, beat the heavy cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form.
Remove the parfaits from the freezer. Top with dollops or rosettes of whipped cream and a coffee bean. Return to freezer until about 10 minutes before serving time.
