Title: Kummel (Scratch Recipe)

2 | tb | Caraway seed |
3 | ts | Fennel seed |
1 1/2 | ts | Powdered cumin |
1 | c | Sugar syrup |
1 | Fifth 100 proof vodka |
Work seeds in a morter and pestle for a few minutes or process them with the back of a spoon on a bread board before adding them and cumin to vodka. Marinate for 1 1/2 weeks, then strain out seeds with fine wire strainer or clean cloth. Add sugar syrup and your Kummel is done.
