6	pt	Hot water *
2	oz	Tartaric acid
1	tb	Essence of lemon

* 6 pints Imp = 120 fl.oz = 7 1/2 pt US

Dissolve the sugar in the water. When cool add the tartaric acid and essence. Bottle.
