Title: Lemonade (Green and Gold)

Yield: 1 Gallon

1gaWater
3 Lemons; halved
1lbSugar
2tsCream of tartar (tartaric acid)

Boil the lemons in the water., and while boiling add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour over the cream of tartar. Stir well. When cold, bottle and cork tightly. Keep for two weeks, then ready for drinking.
