Title: Mocha Fudge Sauce - Glorious Liqueurs

5 | oz | Bitter or semisweet |
Chocolate, chopped | ||
1 | oz | Unsweetened chocolate, |

3/4 | c | Heavy cream |
1/4 | c | Unsalted butter |
1 | tb | Instant espresso powder |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
3 | tb | Kahlua |
Bring chocolates, butter and cream to a boil over low heat. Add coffee powder, then sugar, Cook, stirring, until coffee and sugar dissolve.
Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator in a covered container up to a week. Since it thickens, reheat slowly before using it.
