Title: Mocha Fudge Sauce - Glorious Liqueurs

Yield: 1 2/3 cup

5ozBitter or semisweet
  Chocolate, chopped
1ozUnsweetened chocolate,
  Chopped
3/4cHeavy cream
1/4cUnsalted butter
1tbInstant espresso powder
1/2cSugar
3tbKahlua

Bring chocolates, butter and cream to a boil over low heat. Add coffee powder, then sugar, Cook, stirring, until coffee and sugar dissolve.

Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Store in the refrigerator in a covered container up to a week. Since it thickens, reheat slowly before using it.
