1/3 | c | Maker's Mark |
2 | c | Vanilla wafer crumbs |
1 | c | Confectioner's sugar |
1 | c | Hickory nuts, chopped |
3 | tb | Light corn syrup |
2 | tb | Baking cocoa |
1/4 | c | Confectioner's sugar, for coating |
Dissolve coffee granules in bourbon.
Combine all ingredients except confectioner's sugar that will be used for coating.
Shape by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in the additional confectioner's sugar.
