2 | tb | Chocolate syrup |
1/3 | c | Milk |
2/3 | c | Black tea |
1/4 | c | Heavy cream, whipped |
Sweetened chocolate powder |
Stir the chocolate syrup into the milk in a saucepan over low heat for 1-2 min, or until hot; do not boil. Add the tea and stir so all the ingredients are mixed together. Pour this mixture into a cup, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with the chocolate powder.
