9		Ripe passion fruit
2	ts	Citric acid
2	c	Sugar
2	c	Water

Bring to boil sugar and water, while boiling pour over passion fruit pulp and acid; stir well and let stand until cold. Strain and bottle.

To use: Place a small amount in a glass, top up with chilled water.
