Title: Nora Mill Grits (White or Yellow)

Yield: 3 Servings
1 | c | NORA MILL stone ground grits |
1/3 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
Put salt in water and bring to boil. Slowly stir in grits and return to boiling point. Reduce to low heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Top with a pat of butter and a little milk if desired. (Note: amount of water can be increased as needed; Nora Mill Grits are medium ground.)
