1/2 | ts | Dried rose petals or to taste |
3/4 | c | Water |
Ice cubes | ||
1/4 | c | Carbonated water |
Sugar to taste (opt) | ||
Sliced fresh strawberries for garnish |
Place the rose petals at the bottom of the teapot. Boil the water and pour the water into the teapot. Let the tea brew for 3-5 min, depending on your taste. Strain into a cup and cool to room temperature. Pour over ice in a tall glass and add the carbonated water. Stir the sugar into the tea, if desired, and garnish with sliced fresh strawberries.
