Title: Creamy Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Crust: | ||
1 | 12 oz box vznillz wafers | |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | tb | Melted butter |
Filling: | ||
1 | lb | Cream cheese |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | 6 oz jar creamy peanut but. | |
5 | Eggs | |
2/3 | c | Sour cream |
2 | ts | Fresh lemon juice |
3/4 | c | S.s. choclate chips ( opt ) |
Topping: | ||
1 | c | Sour cream |
3/4 | c | S.s. chocolate chips |
Melted | ||
1/2 | c | Sugar |
Combine all crust ingrdients in food processor and process into fine crumbs. Press in bottom of 9 inch greased springform pan. Combine all filling ingrdients in food processor except chips and process smooth. Add chips and pulse on and off for 10 seconds. Pour into pan. Bake 350 for 70 to 80 minutes or center appears firm. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before adding topping.Blend all topping ingrdients and spread over cheesecake. Bake 10 minutes. Let cake cool and chill well before serving, at least 4 hours.
