2 | 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese | |
Softened | ||
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs | |
4 | ts | Green creme de menthe |
1 homemade or store boughten | ||
Graham cracker crust |
Mix cream cheese, sugaar and vanilla at med. speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Blend in creme de menthe
Pour into crust
Bake at 350 F, 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or over night. Garnish with chocolate leaves and twigs. Mint BonBon: Substitue 1/4 tsp peppermint extract and a few drops green food coloring for the creme de menthe. Stir 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips into batter. Sprinkle with additional 1/4 cup chips before baking.
