Title: Swirl of Chocolate Cheesecake Triangles

2cGraham cracker crumbs
1/2cButter or margarine; melted
1/3cGranulated sugar ----filling-----
2pkCream cheese; 8 oz. each
1cGranulated sugar
1/4cAll-purpose flour
1 1/2cnEvaporated milk; 12 oz.
2 Eggs
1tbVanilla extract
1pkSemi-sweet chocolate morsels

Combine crumbs, butter, and sugar in medium bowl; press onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Filling:

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour in large mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla. Microwave morsels i medium, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10-20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Stir 1 cup cream cheese mixture into chocolate. Pour remaining cheese mixture over crust. Pour chocolate mixture over cheese mixture; pull chocolate mixture up to surface and swirl with spoon. Bake at 325 degrees 40-45 minutes or until set. Cool to room temperature; chill until firm.
