Title: All-American Fruit Crumble Pie

E-Z Oat Crust | ||
2 | cn | Apple or peach pie filling |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
Crumble topping |
Prepare and bake E-Z Oat Crust as directed. (See second part of message)
For filling, combine pie filling, raisins and cinnamon. Four into baked crust. Sprinkle Crumble Topping evenly over filling.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes until topping is golden brown.
Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired.
Crumble Topping: Combine 1/3 cup uncooked oats, 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar. Cut in 3 tablespoons margarine or butter until crumbly.
