Title: Apple Raisin Crunch (Aha)

Vegetable oil spray | ||
2 | lb | Tart apples, peeled, cored, |
And sliced (about 5 1/2 c) | ||
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
1/2 | c | Uncooked oatmeal |
1/2 | c | Toasted wheat germ |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
4 | tb | Acceptable margarine, |
Melted |
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
Arrange apples and raisins in prepared dish and pour orange juice over all. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Distribute mixture evenly over fruit. Bake 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Spoon into six individual serving dishes and serve warm.
