1/4 | c | Thawed frozen dairy whipped |

Using milk, prepare pudding according to packae directions; set aside.
In 9-inch nonstick skillet combine apple juice, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon and bring mixture to a boil; add apples and rasins and cook over high heat, stirring frequently, until apples are tender and liquid is reduced, 2-3 minutes. Add to prepared pudding and stir to thoroughly combine.
Into each of 4 dessert dishes, spoon 1/4 of the pudding mixture, cover each with plastic wrap and refrigerate until pudding is set, at least 30 minutes.
To serve, top each portion with 1 T whipped topping and sprinkle each with a dash nutmeg.
