Title: Arkansas Ozark Pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

3/4	c	Sugar
2	lg	Eggs, beaten
2	tb	All purpose flour
1/8	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Baking powder
1/2	c	Finely chopped peeled tart apples
1/2	c	Chopped nuts

Beat sugar into the eggs, add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into greased 8 inch pie pan.

Bake in preheated 325 degree for about 30 minutes.

Serve with cream or ice cream
