3 | Bananas; very ripe | |
1 | Egg | |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | tb | Sugar |
3 | tb | Flour |
Mash bananas to a pulp. Beat egg and sugar together; add bananas, then flour. Fry in hot lard, dropping by spoonfuls in hot frying pan; sprinkle with granulated sugar and serve.
