Title: Beth's Lowfat Brownies:

Yield: 4 Servings

BROWNIES
2cFlour
1/3cCarob powder
2tsBaking powder
1/3cHoney
1/2cUnsweetened applesauce
1cFruit juice
1tsVanilla
ICING
8ozTofu (medium consistency)
2tbBrandy or
3/4tsImitation brandy flavor
4tbCarob powder
1/4cHoney

To make the brownies, Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add dry to wet. Mix well and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Easy!

and then for the icing, Put all this stuff in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. It usually takes 5 minutes for the tofu to get really blended in.
