Title: Black and White Chunk Cookies

1/2 | c | Packed dark brown sugar |
1/2 | c | Granulated sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Unsweetened cocoa powder, |

1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | c | All-purpose flour |
1 | c | Coarse-chopped white |

In a large bowl, combine butter, both sugars, vanilla and salt. Cream until fluffy. Beat in the cocoa, egg and baking soda. Stir in flour and chopped chocolates. Using two tablespoons dough for each cookie, shape dough into balls. Place on greased baking sheets, well apart and bake at 325 F (160 C) for about 14 to 16 minutes. Do not overbake or cookies will dry out. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to rack to cool. Makes 16 to 18 cookies.
