2 | c | Water, cold. |
1/2 | c | Sugar |

Flavouring, vanilla essence? |
Soak gelatine in water all night, next day add 1/2 cup of sugar and make lukewarm. Take off fire and add yolks of eggs well beaten, put on fire and bring to boiling point, take off before it boils, stirring always, then add whipped whites of eggs and flavour to taste, pour into a mould and set.
