1 | pt | Cream |
3 | oz | Sugar, loaf |

1 | oz | Almonds, sweet, blanched and pounded. |
Ratafia flavouring |
Soak the gelatine in some of the milk, boil the milk with lemon rind, sugar and almonds. Add ratafia to taste, add the gelatine, stirring until dissolved. Let the milk just boil up again, then strain. Add cream gradually and stir until nearly cold.
Put in a wet mould and set.
