4 | oz | Sugar, granulated |
1/2 | c | Water |
2 | Egg yolks | |
4 | oz | Butter |
Beat butter to a cream. Heat sugar and water. Cool.
Beat egg yolks, then pour syrup gradually into egg yolks after cooling a bit, beating all the time. Gradually mix into creamed butter and sugar.
