Title: Buttermilk Brownies

4 | c | Flour |
4 | c | Sugar |
8 | tb | Cocoa |
1 | c | Margarine |
2 | c | Water |
1 | c | Oil |
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa.
Bring to a boil: margarine, water and oil.
Pour margarine mixture over flour mixture. Add: 2 tsp. soda 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla Mix well.
Pour into greased sheet cake pan and bake at 330 degrees for 20 minutes in Convection oven OR 350 degrees for 30 minutes in regular oven.
BUTTERMILK FROSTING: 1 c. margarine 2/3 c. buttermilk 2 lbs. powdered sugar 8 tbsp. cocoa 2 tsp. vanilla
Melt margarine with buttermilk. Add to powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Frosts one sheet cake.
