Title: Buttermilk Noodle Pudding or Kugel

1 | qt | Buttermilk |
4 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 | ts | Almond extract |
1/2 | c | Sugar (or less) |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | lb | Butter or margarine (1 stick |
Melted) | ||
1 | Jar apricot jam |
ÕTOPPING: 1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. Corn Flake crumbs 1/8 lb. butter (1/2 stick, melted) Õ Mix all topping ingredients in bowl.
Mix all ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread topping over the baked noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes longer.
