2	c	Chocolate Cake Crumbs, Stale
1	tb	Butter -- melted
1	tb	Light Rum
1 1/2	tb	Rum Extract
1 1/2	tb	Light Corn Syrup (To 2 Tbs)
1/3	c	Chocolate Shots (To 1/2 Cup)

1. In a medium bowl, combine cake crumbs, melted butter, rum, and rum extract. Mix well. Add 1 1/2 Tbs corn syrup and blend until mixture holds together. Add remaining 1/2 Tbs corn syrup if needed to bind. 2. Form into 8 or 9 (1 3/4-inch) balls by rolling mixture between palms of hands. Then roll balls in chocolate shots to coat completely.
