1 | c | Sifted confectioners sugar |
1/2 | c | Cocoa |
1 | pt | Chilled whipping cream |
Beat sugar, cocoa and chilled cream in large bowl of electric mixer for 2 minutes, or until stiff. Spread on cake and refrigerate. This is sufficient to cover a large angel food cake or two 9-inch layers generously.
