1 | lb | Chocolate chips |
4 | oz | Shredded coconut |
Lay the coconut out on a cookie sheet and toast it in the oven at 350 for about 7 mins. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Mix the coconut into the chocolate. Scoop out some and throw it onto a greased cookie sheet, or wax paper. Refrigerate and then eat.
