1 | pk | Pillsbury refrig. sugar, |
| | Butterscotch nut or peanut |
| | Butter cookies |
3/4 | c | Strawberry or other preserve |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | | Egg |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
Slice cookie roll 1/4 inch thick. Place slices on bottom of ungreased
9x13-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until light golden
brown and puffy. Gently spread with preserves. In large bowl, combine
remaining ingredients. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Pour over
preserves, spreading filling to edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30
minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
