1/2 | c | Egg whites |
1 1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/3 | c | Amaretto liquer |
4 | oz | Almonds ground |
3 1/4 | oz | Coconut |
Melted chocolate |
Beat egg whites until stiff but soft peaks and beat in sugar until stiff peaks. Beat in liquer and fold in nuts and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a baking sheet and bake 325 about 20 minutes or until meringue cookies firm. When cool, dip ends in melted chcolate.
