Title: Delicious Rice Pudding (Aha)

  Vegetable oil spray
2cSkim milk, heated
2cCooked rice
1/3cSugar
1 1/2tsVanilla
1/4tsNutmeg
1/2tsCinnamon
  Egg substitute equivalent to
1 Egg

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a 1-quart casserole with vegetable oil.

Place ingredients in order listed in a bowl. Stir to mix well. Pour into prepared casserle and cover. Set casserole in a larger pan. Add hot water to pan to a depth of 1 inch. Bake casserole 1 hour. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate to serve cold.
