Title: Double Chocolate Silk Pie

1/2 | c | Butter |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | oz | Baker's unsweetened |
Chocolate | ||
1 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | 9 inch pie shell | |
1/2 | pt | Whipping cream |
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar. Blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition on medium speed. Pour into cool pie shell, chill for 2 hours. Then top with whipped cream.
NOTE: This was just silk pie originally. To drop back to the original cut the chocolate in half (to 1 oz.) and drop the sugar to 3/4 cup. Either way I top the whipped cream with "shaved" chocolate (sweetened) curls. Teenagers can get pimples from this just by being in the same room with it.
